I had the worst customer service today. I was waiting in the line, and they just helped a lady who cut in the line. I was waiting about 10 mins to get a help for picking up my order, but girls who were in the check out desk just ignored customers in the line. Okay, if you guys are gonna ignore customers and do whatever you want, then why you make a 'line starts here'? Do you think customers who keep the line are dumb? We keep the line because this is the BASIC MANNER for community. For them, it's all done when they get paid, but for customers, this makes me have a negative experience about Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret needs to train their store workers more. It's really annoying.

I can't express enough how great the customer service was here. Desiree was amazing with my daughter, who had to of tried on more than 50 bars and sports bras. Desiree was so helpful, patient and accommodating. I think this is yet, by far the best experience she has had at a Victoria Secrets/Pink store. We will be back! Thank you so much for making this shopping trip one of the best in a long time! We got everything we needed and maybe a bit more.

Overall, I am a huge fan of Victoria’s Secret. But at the South Coast Plaza location, the stuff is always helpless and clueless whenever you ask them a question. Today, I wanted to make a big purchase, but when I came into the fitting room, the girl in the fitting room was extremely rude and I felt unsafe. Instead of making a big purchase like I was planning to, I simply left, feeling very uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

I LOVE the location at Crystal Court. It's not a mess, and I could easily find what I was looking for. The sales rep, Dominique, who was helping me (and about 4 other women) was on her A game! She was a master multitasker, and when something wasn't available in my size, she gave me excellent alternatives. I will definitely be back!

The staffs there are helpless. They didn’t care about customer’s problems with online purchase much. They try to make push all problems away. So bad experience there.
